Description
For APM, there appears to be duplicated docs around tail-based sampling (TBS). This is not limited to 9.0 docs, but also 8.x docs. There may already be drift between these duplicated docs.
- solutions/observability/apps/tail-based-sampling.md
- solutions/observability/apps/transaction-sampling.md
Ideally these duplicated docs are cleaned up by 9.0 release, as there are big changes around TBS and need to be documented as a separate task.
