[REQUEST][Security]: Flyout preview enhancements

Description

In 8.18, we made some enhancements to the flyout experience.

1. We enabled navigations in previews. Previously, when user is in preview, they cannot go to the details section by clicking the titles (such as 'entities', 'correlations'). With the preview navigation enhancement, if user opens a user flyout, clicking on 'Misconfigurations', it will open the user details flyout and the misconfigurations section. This experience is updated for all expandable flyouts (alerts, events, user, host, IP)

2. We also allow user to take actions in a preview
