[Security][8.19/9.1] Collect cloud service provider metadata with Defend

Description

Many Elastic Security customers run Elastic Defend in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP). Currently, we can't reliably tell if an endpoint is running in the cloud or which cloud provider it's using.

We need to update any outdated screenshots or UI descriptions to match this update.
