[Feature Request]: Pre-made admonitions for development maturity / status

What problem are you trying to solve?

In the previous Asciidoc system we had admonitions / inline callouts to warn about the maturity status of a feature (as per @bmorelli25's memories):

Let's add a similar feature to V3, for the current status described in our internal documentation. This should allow us to simply tag docs with the proper standardized lingo around "beta", "tech preview", etc.

Proposed Solution

Something like:

:::{beta}:::

Or similar self-closing extension.

Historically we've had a mixture of single word tags that used tooltips to display the full verbiage or just the full verbiage in an admonition. My first instinct is that the simple pill with a tooltip for the full disclaimer suffices.

And if we're already planning to add tooltips functionality to the applies_to output maybe we can feed multiple birds with the same scone.
