Refresh Kibana module API usage

The APIs for the security solution have evolved, so we should update the module to leverage these new changes. The current API in use is set to be deprecated in 2024 as well.

We will need to leave support for backwards compatibility to the older API, however will need to pin valid methods by Kibana version (detected)
