Similarly to #7376 the TestApmKibanaAssociation e2e test is failing as the index is created with a single replica and we use a single node cluster for this test. This was adjusted to be a 2-node cluster in #7388 but wrongly reverted in #7410 as this was assumed to be related to elastic/kibana#173689, but that issue was related to the fleet metrics index.

We will need to adjust again to be a 2-node cluster in this test and work with the APM team to try and get a fix in place.
