In a recent Azure SDK for Go dependency upgrade, we noticed Azure is adding support for OpenTelemetry trace spans.
It is worth investigating if all the Azure SDK packages in Metricbeat support OpenTelemetry trace spans to communicate with users (and consider adding OpenTelemetry trace spans support to Metricbeat).
