Recently it has been identified that for the Enterprise edition and Developer edition, there are different prerequisites. So please mentioned all the different prerequisites for Enterprise edition and other editions in following doc: https://docs.elastic.co/integrations/salesforce

Based on the following links it seems like user needs to be enable Salesforce Shield Monitoring license in order to collect login, logout, apex-rest events.
