Add documentation for CRI-O paths

We need to document usage of CRI-O logging configuration in different inputs. At the moment

Describe a specific use case for the enhancement or feature:

• Sample configuration for Filebeat with OpenShift v4 using CRI-O
  • This needs also update of https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/beats/filebeat/master/running-on-kubernetes.html#_red_hat_openshift_configuration
• Missing reference inside https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/beats/filebeat/7.17/filebeat-input-container.html for CRI-O usage
