Summary
I think we should add an index or at least a section that outlines the various different flags/configuration options one has for custom rules. Specifically ones such as setting bypass_version_lock to be True and normalize_kql_keywords. At the moment, while we mention options like this can be used, we do not have explicit instructions on how/where to set them in the config.
