I'm not a classically trained engineer, and I don't pretend to be. My background is commercial operations and supply chain; my craft is directing AI — and managing every product end to end, the way a project should be managed.
I own the full cycle: product definition, MVP scoping, flow design, development by AI agents under my direction, QA, store review, release, and live operations. I don't review syntax; I review outcomes — passing tests, clean builds, App Store approvals, live payments, real users. Nothing ships until it clears my quality bar.
