Also a badge that shows that AutoPBW is currently processing a turn.

I created a branch for this, but I was unable to get it completely working - the icon will change in the app title bar, but not on the taskbar or the system tray. Also I think it's treating games that are awaiting an empire file as "waiting player" which I'm not sure is a good idea or not...

Or no wait, the awaiting empire file status is not triggering the icon change... Maybe I need a separate icon for that? That might get messy though...
