[Feature Request] ZeroLineProperties for ColumnChart

As ColumnChart also can handle negative values, it would be good to also have ZeroLineProperties like in LineChart

Hi @TheNephilim88 , i wanted to work on it, but i reialized zero line is always at the start of bars, so i don't think having zero line for column and row chart can be helpful:

do you have any comments?
