HTTPS/h2/h3 Streamed Responses

I'm leaning a bit on GPT5.6 with this one. What would it take to bring streaming responses to https/h2/h3?

Happy to donate tokens if you have some guidance. I don't think I could audit the results in a reasonable time :D

I should have been more specific, I was looking for streaming on the HttpClient side. It looks like there's get_streaming_tls() but it downgrades to 1.1
