Roll out the Agent-Ready Web profile across eligible Ego Hygiene sites #6

Outcome

Use Pace to adopt and reconcile the versioned Agent-Ready Web profile across repositories that actually publish public sites, while preserving repository-specific site architecture and avoiding copied implementations.

Scope

• Discover which Ego Hygiene repositories publish public sites and classify their site type/framework.
• Detect current Agent-Ready Web profile adoption, generated artifacts, Relay validation integration, and profile version.
• Consume the policy from egohygiene/hygiene#16, reusable generation from Holon, and conformance from egohygiene/relay#16.
• Pilot the rollout before broad fleet application.
• Recommended canaries:
  • the organization site;
  • one documentation-heavy site;
  • one application/product site.
• Produce preview plans before repository mutation.
• Install only thin consumer integrations; do not copy Holon/Relay implementation into consumer repositories.
• Track unsupported framework/profile cases and explicit not-applicable capabilities.
• Verify generated/deployed results and preserve rollback information.
• Report drift when consumers fall behind the approved profile or reusable integration version.

Acceptance criteria

• Pace can inventory public-site repositories and classify their framework/profile.
• Adoption state and Agent-Ready Web profile version are visible per repository.
• Three representative canaries prove the rollout across organization/docs/application site types where available.
• Consumer integrations remain thin and reuse Holon/Relay implementations.
• Preview → apply → verify behavior is supported.
• Not-applicable and unsupported capabilities are represented explicitly rather than as failures.
• Drift from the approved profile/integration version is detectable.
• Rollback/recovery behavior is documented.
• Fleet reporting can later feed Observatory without making Pace the source of policy truth.
