[FEATURE REQUEST] Restart Timer Update?

Hi! 

Is it possible for the Server Restart Announcements to be more frequent as it approaches the 1 minute warning?

So instead of 15, 5, 1, restart. Could it possibly be 15,5,4,3,2,1,restart?

Or could I include a message? 15, 5, 1, "Changes will no longer be saved". restart?
