SKSpecifierParser is used (internally) to parse the customSpecifiers of the SKTintedListController and subclasses. There is not really any use for it outside of that context.

+(PSCellType)PSCellTypeFromString:(NSString*)str;

Returns the PSCellType for the string. For example @"cell": @"PSGroupCell" will get the cell parsed as PSGroupCell. Defaults to PSGroupCell if invalid.

+(NSArray*)specifiersFromArray:(NSArray*)array forTarget:(PSListController*)target;

Does the actual parsing, target is required to be an instance of PSListController for default selectors and other related things.
