Add build pipeline

Pipeline could run scripts on windows, linux and MacOS.
Run the bash scripts in each exercise, and fail if any of the scripts fail.
On windows, also run the powershell scripts if available.

A test pipeline is created in https://dev.azure.com/Praqma-Training/git-katas-pipeline.
The pipeline gets the git-katas repo and builds/runs the tests scripts on a Windows hosted build agent using the Powershell script test.ps1 and macOS and Ubuntu 1604 hosted build agents using the Bash script test.sh.

ToDo

• The test.ps1 and test.sh scripts need to run through all the katas, the initial files do it only for basic-commits

The test.ps1 is now updated and runs through all the setup.ps1 files in the git-katas folder structure and tests the execution of all the exercises. Though the execution on the hosted build agent did not know the Git user so I added a couple of lines in the Powershell script adding "my" Git user as default executor. This should be a different user or is there another way to do this?

Now the build pipeline runs in parallel and triggers when a commit is done.

ToDo

• We still need to update the test.sh to do the same thing as the test.ps1 does. I'm not familiar with the shell scripts and I need help to do this.

• Merge to master

• When the setup.sh script is ready I'l try to convert the test pipeline https://dev.azure.com/Praqma-Training/git-katas-pipeline to YAML.
