Remove date validation for required manpower details in project
Solution description
Removed date validation for required manpower details in project .
('Required From' and 'Required To' dates in the Required Manpower Details child table against the project's Expected Start Date and Expected End Date)
Reason: The current situation does not require it, but it may be included in the future if client request it.
