Solution description

 --Removed unused fields: period of stay, residence numbers, and salary-related fields
 -- Reorganized section and column breaks for better UI flow
 --Updated field insert positions to reflect new layout structure
 --Moved 'Address of Employer' and related fields for improved logical grouping
