Full sim & Docker

**Describe the solution you'd like**
I'm using Podman instead of Docker Desktop and I'd be glad to be able to use it directly for "full sim"

Installing Docker Desktop

**Additional context**
It's not a blocking feature, but as Podman does exactly the same thing Docker does, with globally the same API/cli, it should be easy to adapt ?
