Add catalog class - #4

Printing/logging an IngestClient (e.g. via a debugger or an unhandled traceback) previously dumped _auth_headers, exposing the raw Dremio PAT. The presigned S3 upload paths never used that header to begin with (already covered by test_upload_file_posts_to_presigned_policy and test_upload_file_multipart_splits_and_puts_parts); this closes the one remaining place the secret could leak. …oling - Remove the data_preparation ABC scaffold (acquisition, vocabulary, exploration, transformation) and its tests, superseded by a common/ module (dremio_identity.py, catalog.py) matching the conventions already used by the real dataset debug notebooks. - Add ipykernel as a dev dependency, plus .vscode/launch.json and settings.json so src/ can be run and debugged directly (F5) against the project's .venv, with breakpoints resolving into the real files. - Ignore debugger/ and .env/.env.* in git (local credentials and scratch debugging workspace, never meant to be tracked). … dds_ingestion
- Move common/ (dremio_identity.py, catalog.py) under dds_ingestion/,
since it's DDS/Dremio-identity plumbing specific to that subpackage,
not a general-purpose top-level module.
- Add a new catalog package: table2view, draft2version, publishversion,
datacopy, datamove, deleteview, gettablesfrom, gettableitemsfrom, all
exposed as Catalog methods (same shape as dds_ingestion's IngestClient).
Runs over Dremio's REST SQL Jobs API by default, or Arrow Flight SQL
via EEA_CATALOG_TRANSPORT=flight; a stalled call is treated as a
Dremio engine cold-starting rather than a failure and remembered
(retry_state) for a later retry_pending() instead of blocking.
Folder existence/creation goes through Dremio's own REST catalog API
(CatalogRestClient) since that has no SQL/Flight equivalent.
- Auto-bump the patch version (0.{y}.{z} -> 0.{y}.{z+1}) in the release
workflow itself, committing the bump with [skip ci] before building,
so every push-to-main release gets a fresh version without a manual
bump each time.
- Update README with the catalog package's usage and layout.
