Stripped down version of Osquery.

Removed all tables except: time, osquery_* and processes. Processes is used internally by watcher.
Allow customization of tables sent during enroll. This allows extension tables to be sent.
Allow custom flags for extensions using extensions_flags.
Ability to implement and stream events from extensions.
Add config refresh notification to config plugins in extensions
