Describe the bug
If run educates new-workshop --help it suggests it has an options sub command, but if you do what it says it will actually create a workshop in the options sub directory.
Usage:
educates new-workshop PATH [flags] [options]
Use "educates new-workshop options" for a list of global command-line options
(applies to all commands).
