feat: add tests that uses forum v2 native APIs

- migrated the tests for native APIs from test_serializers to test_serializers_v2 file.
- migrated the tests for native APIs from tests to tests_v2 file.
- migrated the tests for native APIs from tests_views to tests_views_v2 file.
