Native web search and image generation seem to be working again through Codex OAuth. They appear stable enough in my testing, and parallel tool calling still works. This small PR enables both in ECA's existing non-Lite Codex path.

AI-assisted summary

  • Preserve web_search and image_generation alongside function tools in Codex parallel requests. Responses Lite routing and filtering remain unchanged.
  • Update the existing parallel-call test, add continuation/retry coverage, and document the change in the changelog.

Verification

  • clojure -M:test --focus eca.llm-providers.openai-test: 38 tests, 205 assertions, all passing.
  • Direct Codex OAuth probes: valid PNGs from gpt-6-astra and gpt-5.6-sol; Astra completes hosted search with a URL citation while image generation is enabled.
  • Patched-session checks: image output received; ten 1-second tool calls execute in ~1.2 seconds, versus ~1.0 second for one call.

These checks demonstrate observed compatibility, not why or when backend behavior changed.

🤖 Generated with ECA (openai/gpt-6-astra - xhigh)

Codex OAuth probes now complete hosted search and image generation while
parallel function calls remain usable. Keep these tools in the existing
non-Lite request projection instead of filtering them out, without
changing Lite routing.

Cover retained native tools across continuations and retries.
