Subagents trigger postRequest hook after finishing

The notify-hooks-plugin is triggered afted a subagent finishes work, a regression since a 140.0, I assume.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install the notify-hooks plugin
2. Prompt: "Spawn a subagent to say hello."
3. Hear the notification twice, once for the subagent, then again for the main agent.

Expected behavior

A notification when human interaction is required.
