Add presets support

It would be nice to have a way to set at the same time a predefined combination of model/agent/variant, as I find myself often using the same combination of model/agent/variant for a certain task, and right now I have to set the three by hand.

Something like /preset my-task that reads a configuration file or something and changes values accordingly.

@apalazzi WDYT about creating your own custom agent that does that:

closing this but LMK if that is not enough, I do think it's the best flexibility to solve lots of issues like this one
