It's better to use tags instead of direct commit hash

Yes, tags is better. But here we have faulty releases and configs. That commint found as working, and it It is parent to commit with faulty changes to docker-compose and config files. See Troubleshooting section in #547 (comment)

about commit use tags instead of revision
@pirog-spb v2.1.0 is faulty, this commit brakes it all. This deploy will not work.
All proviously set OAI image tags was precisly selected as compatible, working set. As well, OAI commit hash was selected as having correct configs.
