GenesisL1 chain doesn't auto-restake anymore due to an increase in tx fees

Hi,

The GenesisL1 chain has increased its fees for the processing of transactions (https://restake.app/genesisl1/vote/86). This means that claiming rewards is not working properly anymore on the REStake site and fails to auto-compound for validators who've configured this.

I was able to get it working by adding "gasPrice": "51000000000el1" to my networks.local.json file, but would probably be best to change this directly in the networks.json file and also fix it on the site.

The solution I gave works when I manually restake, but my crontab just hit and it failed for some reason. It may be some caching issue, but just wanted to give this heads up as this may not completely be the fix to the issue.

UPDATE: It works, today my node successfully restaked with the change in gasPrice in the networks.local.json file.

Although.. just noticed this refers to the website as well. Gas prices there are dynamic based on data in the Chain Registry, which appears to be correct. Please reopen if there are still issues with the site

Yes, it does work again on the site. Those who still have issues with claiming their rewards should re-add the chain in their Keplr wallets. You could do so by removing the chain and adding the chain back via https://stake.genesisl1.org. Thanks for mentioning this :)!
