Make ratio plot and bar plots run with just 1 run_id

Description

Modify ratio plots and run plots to work with just 1 run_id.
In that case the baseline is a set of ones and the description of the plot is changed to just plot the mean scores as a function of the variable.
Useful for the latent_space analysis.
