as i am quite busy i dont get to do the following (as we already missed 2 milestones)

• build a late MWE milestone M2
• use it in XtextVersion.java. bom, targets, domainmodel, ...
• update reference project
• build a late Xtext M2

As for mwe, I've never done that and I don't think I have the access rights.

The longest part is adapting Xtext to the new MWE release, which I've never done before.
