[vscode] bump API compatibility version to 1.93.X

When all implementation tasks of https://github.com/eclipse-theia/theia/issues/14106 have been addressed, the compatibility version of the VS code API can be increased to 1.93.X, X being the latest version of the vscode release available on release branch.
