I would also recommend moving the javadoc version to dependencyManagement section so version is specified in one place only. |

I removed the duplicate definition outside of the profile. |
Most likely removing it there is breaking ossrh promotion but it is already broken as it's eol (https://central.sonatype.org/pages/ossrh-eol/) |
