What
Define the following topics as part of the SW Development Plan (or as seperate document linked to) as relevant for all features/component implementations:
- API user friendlyness as in feat_req__com__lang_idioms and feat_req__com__lang_infra
- Error handling concept (e.g. no exceptions, use of Score::Result)
