During PR plantuml theme within SCORE #1416 review the request for BoxBorderColor red for safety classified elements was raised.

Why important
Distinguish between safety and non-safety relevant elements shall be visible. Therefore a common practice is to frame them in "red"

Current behavior
All frames are in blue

Acceptance Criteria
.. need:: elements with parameter :safety: ASIL_B are rendered with red border color
