mw::com: Full API support in Rust

This epic is about providing full API support in Rust for mw::com.
Once done, the Rust API is feature complete in the sense of having the same features as the C++ API.

Status: POC (RUST API for mw/com for 0.5) is now pushed. This needs to be reviewed for the usage first, and after validating the current POC design, we plan to start with the next steps.
