Improvement: Verification Process Gaps and Tooling support #1123

This epic shall bring the Verification Process to Maturity Level 2.
For this some Process Gaps have to be filled (which were not observed in the Audits)
Additionally the process requirements need to be implemented by tooling if feasible to prepare for process piloting.
