Improvement: Tool for dependency analysis and process description

Implement a tool solution for dependency analysis as discussed in working meeting for Safety Analysis. A process description should be generated therefore and located under Architecture Design. Check if it's also possible to generate a SBOM with it. Needed checks has to be implemented like that the same ASIL is used. Or if not a rational has to be defined.
