Argumentation for:

• Action_1: A version number and date is stored in Github (e.g. https://github.com/eclipse-score/score/commits/main/docs/platform_management_plan/quality_management.rst). It's possible to open every version of the document. With a generated software/baseline it's clearly documented which version of the document is used.
• Action_2: Sphinx_Needs needs like ":need:documentation_mgt_plan linking always to the latest version of the document. So it's ensured, that always the latest version is used when a documentation is created.
• 10.4.2 every Iso 26262 WP must be "a document": All WPs are documents. Compare with https://eclipse-score.github.io/process_description/main/folder_templates/features/feature_name/safety_analysis/fmea.html. Within process description there are guidelines also used. This only allowed in this repo.
• 10.4.6: The version of the document is managed by Github. The history of the document can be shown, also it provides a feature to compare versions of the document / also versions of the releases v1.0.1...v1.0.2.
