iceoryx2-cal::hash Introduce uuid type and make it convertable to FileName

Brief feature description

All over the code the uuid is used as basis for a files and therefore for the FileName. It is always safe to convert the uuid to a file name, nevertheless the user has to write unsafe {} blocks with a safety statement that it is safe. A better approach would be to bake this all in, into its own uuid type.
