CMSIS 6.1.2 refresh hangs forever in AnalogDevices

Hi,

When I refresh the CMSIS packs using Embedded C/C++ CMSIS Packs (Experimental) 6.1.2 the procedure hangs forever while accessing AnalogDevices ADuCM320_DFP (from https://www.keil.com/pack/index.pidx: ). Accessing the url with a browser give "no such page".

Is there any other way to get the Keil.STM32F1xx_DFP.2.4.0.pack available in Eclipse?

Due to an error, instead of 60 seconds, the HTTP timeout was set to 0, which means to wait forever.

Tomorrow I'll make a new release to fix the bug.
