Describe the bug

Same bug we have with the factory #18116 but from the dashboard

I believe it should be fixed by #18116 since Dashboard just reuses Che API to resolve devfile content.

Issues go stale after 180 days of inactivity. lifecycle/stale issues rot after an additional 7 days of inactivity and eventually close.

Mark the issue as fresh with /remove-lifecycle stale in a new comment.
