For Dev Spaces we have another version: https://gitlab.cee.redhat.com/red-hat-developers-documentation/devspaces-documentation/-/blob/main/modules/administration-guide/examples/snip_devspaces-steps-to-build-custom-plugin-registry-in-workspace.adoc?ref_type=heads
We can use downstream content in upstream as well, don't need to have two snips
