Ceylon highlighter for spec and ceylondoc are out of sync

I just noticed that on current master, typechecker/en/styles/ceylon.js recognizes shebang comments (02e6386), but ceylon/compiler-java/src/com/redhat/ceylon/ceylondoc/resources/ceylon.js does not. Apart from just fixing that particular problem (copy one file over the other) – how do we make sure these two files stay in sync? Do we really need to keep them twice in the repository (especially after OBR)?

Okay, @gavinking re-synced the files in f91156b. Should we keep this issue open or close it?

(Also, ccampbell/rainbow#205 needs to be updated.)
