[Bug] need to update the twitter icon in OCL Workshop

Description

In agileuml website there is OCL Workshop in that the twitter oldest icon used

Steps to reproduce

1. go to website
2. go the right side column and in that the second last link has ocl workshop
3. check the oldest twitter icon

Expected behavior

renew the twitter icon in ocl workshop
