Question for the group: Currently the feat_parameters.py file lives under EchoPop (under utils). I will eventually need to modify it to add in 2021, 2023, 2025, and future years' transect mesh crop functions. Do we want to deal with updating the feat_parameters file with a pull request, or do we want to eventually pull the feat_parameters functionality out of EchoPop?
