[TOOL] Add multple variants Bar code Generator

🛠️ Tool Description

We need to create tool Bar code Generator

🎯 Purpose

We as developers need to generate different kind of bar codes

Generate all these barcodes

💡 Use Cases

1. User needs to add an input
2. Then from the dropdown he can select the barcode variant and click on submit.
3. The barcode should be generated.
5. Create a directory named barcode_generator
6. Inside this directory we need index.html,style.css and script.js
7. It should be shown next to the QR code genertor on home.html and in the sidebar
8. Ensure that the color coding stays the same as the current code.

• Tool works as described
• Tool works on mobile devices
• Tool is linked in the sidebar
• Tool is linked in the homepage
