We need to create tool Timezone Convertor

🎯 Purpose

We as developers need to convertor date from one timezone to other

💡 Use Cases

1. User needs to add a date
2. We need to show the date in other timezones
3. We need to show epoch for the input date too
4. e.g IST timezone to UTC and viceversa
5. Create a directory named timezone_convertor
6. Inside this directory we need index.html,style.css and script.js
7. It should be shown under the category named Information & Reference on home.html after IP Address tool
8. Ensure that the color coding stays the same as the current code.

• Tool works as described
• Tool works on mobile devices
• Tool is linked in the sidebar
• Tool is linked in the homepage
• Tool use same color coding as existing tools

@echobash I've completed the Timezone Converter tool and created PR #48!

The tool includes:
✅ IST ↔ UTC conversion
✅ 12+ timezone support
✅ Epoch timestamp with copy button
✅ Mobile responsive design
✅ Matches DevDunia's color scheme
