Stable Version and Dev version dont work

Hi, Tried both versions

Stable There is no text when going to the installer adress only images

dev. i get this error

SQLSTATE[HY000] [1045] Access denied for user 'easy_wi'@'localhost' (using password: YES)
Error: File stuff/config.php and or stuff/keyphrasefile.php cannot be created!


but there is text on dev version

im on ubuntu 22 fresh install
